Overview: This plenary explores how public-private partnerships can be enhanced beyond CSR. While many MNCs adopt CSR approaches, the agenda space for SMEs and social enterprises is less defined and more open to experimentation. The plenary will highlight cities and businesses who have engaged successfully together in pursuit of sustainable development.
