Tools Promoting ESC (1) -- Financing and capacity development
Objectives:

    to share the ongoing and planned activities of multilateral and bilateral agencies in promoting ESC in the region; and
    to discuss how to extend these support to address the gaps and challenges identified during the discussions in the thematic sessions on Day 1.
