Arif Dermawan

Mr. Arif Dermawan is the focal point of the ASEAN ESC Model Cities Programme for Malang City, Indonesia.

He graduated from Universitas Merdeka Malang, and obtained a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Asset Management from Institut Tekhnologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya.

He started his career as a civil engineer in 1993, constructing bridges and buildings. He then started his work as a government officer in the Water Resource Department at the Ministry of Public Works in Jakarta in 1995.

Kaysone Keopaseuth

Mrs. Kaysone Keopaseuth is currently Head Office, Urban Development and Administration Authority, Luang Prabang Province, Lao PDR.

Prior to this, she was Head of Waste Section in the authority. Her previous professional experience includes participating Lao Pilot Programme for Narrowing the development gap towards ASEAN Integration-Environment Management (LPPE) in Luang Prabang.

Yengher Vacha

Mr. Yengher Vacha is the Deputy manager of both the PADUL-B project and the ASEAN ESC Model Cities Programme at the Urban Development and Administration Authority, Luang Prabang Province, Lao PDR.

His previous professional experience includes participating in the creation of a master plan for urban drainage and sewerage system in Luang Prabang. He was involved with other solid waste and wastewater projects.
