Mr. Lorenzo Santucci, Economic Affairs Officer, Sustainable Urban Development Section, ESCAP

Lorenzo Santucci is Economic Affairs Officer within the Sustainable Urban Development Section of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP), based in Bangkok, Thailand, where he has been employed since 2005. He is responsible for different projects and topics pertaining to sustainable urban development, including low carbon and resource-efficient cities, sustainable infrastructure development, and good governance, among others. He was responsible for the development of the Low Carbon Green Growth Roadmap for Asia and the Pacific, a comprehensive blueprint for countries in Asia-Pacific to pursue a low carbon green growth development path, as well as other publications, such as the Guidelines for Inclusive and Sustainable Infrastructure, or Valuing Waste, Transforming Cities.
