Wilfredo G. Landicho is currently the City Environment and Natural Resources Officer at the City Environment and Natural Resources Department and also act as Officer-In-Charge of the Fisheries Management Office of the City Government of Calapan.
Prior to this, Mr. Landicho was an environmental management researcher at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Low Income Upland Communities Project (DENR-LIUCP), a special project funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) that caters the rehabilitation of critical watersheds of Mindoro Provinces, Philippines.
He also worked as Area Project Manager at the Plan International, an international non-government organization.
He had a deep knowledge in community development work and an expert in ecological solid waste management systems.
Through the 8HLS on ESC, he is hoping to learn more about solid waste management programs and practices and other best practices in the field of environmental management, conservation and protection.
